1. We only accept 100% advance Telegraphic Transfer (T/T).
2. We request JPY100, 000 as a refundable deposit before we start business
   with you.
   For cars exceeding JPY 1,000,000, we require a higher deposit of JPY 200,000

We always ask the customers to send 100% FOB or CIF price in advance by T/T to our bank account within 48 hours after receiving our proforma invoice.
This is the basic payment rules for us. So, please send us an e-mail in advance if your can not arrange the T/T in time for some reason.

We will refuse to do business if payments can not be made.

Container Shipping= JPY100, 000 per car as Auction Service
Roll on Roll off shipping=JPY 80,000 per car as Auction Service (up to 30M3)
Anything above 30M3 please ask us for price.
Some countries need pre inspection charges. This is not included in the commission

1. Interior damages that are judged as minor and non-need of mention or invisible (including without limitation scratches, cigar burns, stains and cuts);
2. Missing or damaged interior equipments (including without limitation shift knobs, head rests, sun shades, spare tires and remote controls);
3. Exterior damages that are judged as minor and non-need of mention or invisible (including without limitation scratches, tiny dents, holes and small rust); or missing (any consumable parts, such as oil, tires AC gas, etc.).

1. We have unlimited bidding amount.
2. Please check the import restriction of your country before carrying out a bid request

1. An order for a vehicle can be cancelled at any time between the moment it is bought at auction and the moment it is booked on a ship for transportation from Japan. Once this booking has occurred, the order cannot be cancelled and the full value of the car must be paid.
2. In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100,000 Yen + 20% of the auction price of the car must be paid within 14 days, otherwise the cancellation will fail and the full value must be paid.
