How can I get a login number?
For new members, just fill out the order form then, after we receive your 100,000yen refundable deposit we will give you the Login number and you can start immediately.
Can anyone be a member?
Any dealer of motor vehicles can apply for membership.
Just check the terms of trade.
What extra costs are there?
Only our commission and inland transport are all included in the FOB price billed to you. It does not include shipping or insurance.
What time should I send my car request by?
Please email us before 9A.M (that's when most auctions start in Japan) with your request. If you are later than 9A.M the car may have already gone through the auction system.
How long will it take to get my cars?
We do our best to ship it as soon as possible. HOWEVER, timing varies greatly and delays sometimes occur because of the process below;
- We buy the car
- You need to pay for the car as soon as possible.(FOB,COF,CIF)
- The documents are sent from the seller to the auction... sometimes this takes the longest time, and is totally out of our control.
- The documents are sent from the auction to us.
- The registration is cancelled.
- Vehicle documents are sent to the customs brokers.
- Documents are taken to the Japanese Customs for export approval.
- Documents are sent back to us.
- BL is issued after payment is made
How about left hand drive cars?
There are many foreign LHD cars available in Japan. Japanese LHD cars are very limited.
What are the payment terms?
Payment is only by Telegraphic Transfer in Japanese Yen or US$,
Do you inspect the vehicles?
We do check every vehicle on behalf of you and also go by the auction sheet. The auction sheet is very comprehensive and honest. Some of the auction sheet is still in Japanese so here is the grading system and the car map explained in English. The color is still in Japanese so you will still need to contact us to see what color is it.

Can I cancel a car purchased on my behalf?
The following penalties will be applied for cancellations:
An order for a vehicle can be cancelled at any time between the moment it is bought at auction and the moment it is booked on a ship for transportation from Japan. Once this booking has occurred, the order cannot be cancelled and the full value of the car must be paid.
In the event of cancellation, a cancellation fee of 100,000 Yen + 20% of the auction price of the car must be paid within 14 days, otherwise the cancellation will fail and the full value must be paid.
What is the deposit of 100,000yen for?
The deposit is to make sure you want to do serious business with us. Once you decide not to use us we will refund you with the deposit.
